Industry · Transport & logistics
AI for transport and logistics: a back office that keeps pace with the trucks.
Every shipment produces documents: delivery notes, freight invoices, bulk payments, notices to carriers. It’s these flows — not the road — that overload admin teams. AIR.TEK sets up, on subscription, a private AI that reads, matches and prepares — with a document engine in production on 195,000 real delivery notes — so your teams only handle the exceptions.
The bottlenecks
Where your teams lose time.
Products, batches, weights, quantities — copied line by line from scanned documents, sometimes in a foreign language. Slow, repetitive, and every error carries through to the invoice.
Checking hundreds of invoices — goods and freight — against negotiated rates and delivered quantities is a marathon. Discrepancies slip through, and you pay for them.
A customer pays five invoices in one transfer: finding the right combination is detective work that delays the books and skews your reminders.
Every morning, grouping shipments by carrier and notifying each one by email or phone takes considerable time and multiplies oversights.
How it works
Read, match, prepare.
- 1Read
The AI reads every delivery note and every invoice, even scanned, and extracts the structured data. Uncertain fields are highlighted for your approval.
- 2Match
Delivery note ↔ order ↔ invoice ↔ payment: the AI matches documents against each other and against your reference data. What agrees is approved in bulk; only the discrepancies come up.
- 3Prepare
Carrier notices, graduated overdue-payment reminders, reconciliation entries: the AI prepares, you check and send in one go.

Your data
Negotiated rates, customers, volumes: data worth a lot.
Your carrier rate cards, your customer file and your volumes are the core of your margin. They have no place in a shared tool. You choose where they live: in the cloud, in a sovereign cloud, or on a SABER server installed on your premises.
The simplest way to start, with major hosting providers.
With sovereign providers, for your tools as well as for the AI.
With SABER, the AI keeps working even if the internet connection goes down: the loading dock never stops.
Comparison
Three ways to do it.
| By hand | Generic logistics SaaS | AIR.TEK | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delivery-note entry | Line by line | Often manual, or limited to your integrated suppliers | Automatic extraction, discrepancies highlighted |
| Invoice checking | Spot checks, when there’s time | Rarely included | Every invoice matched to your rates and deliveries |
| Where your data goes | In-house | With the vendor | Wherever you decide: cloud, sovereign cloud or SABER |
| Fitted to your flows | Yes, but depends on people | Standard configuration | AI trained on your documents and your rules |
| Cost | Team time + errors | Per user, per module | Fixed subscription |
Questions
Your questions, answered.
Does the AI read scanned or foreign-language delivery notes?
Yes. It reads scanned, photographed or PDF documents, including in foreign languages, and extracts products, batches, weights and quantities. Uncertain cases are highlighted so all you do is approve.
How does the AI check freight invoices?
Each invoice is matched against your reference data — negotiated rates, delivered quantities, taxes. What agrees is approved in bulk; only the anomalies are shown to you, with their justification.
What happens when a customer pays several invoices in one transfer?
The AI tests the invoice combinations for each transfer, automatically reconciles the certain cases and only submits the discrepancies for you to settle. Overdue-payment reminders then rely on reliable matching — you never chase a customer who has already paid.
Do we need to change our TMS or management software?
No. The AI connects to your current tools through their exports or APIs and works alongside them, without replacing your system.
How much does it cost?
Like the rest of your IT with us: a short setup, then a fixed monthly subscription. The amount is in your proposal, after the free demo. Worked examples with figures are on the Comparison page.
