AI for construction: bid on more tenders, without hiring.
In building and civil engineering, admin time drains away on public tenders — reading the tender documents, writing the technical bid, digging out references — and on site paperwork. AIR.TEK sets up, on subscription, a private AI that does this first-draft work; your site managers and your design office keep the decision.
The bottlenecks
Where your teams lose time.
Short on time, you answer only a fraction of the relevant tenders. Each one means reading the tender rules, the technical specifications, the contract terms, the pricing schedule or the price breakdown — before you even decide whether to bid.
The technical bid often carries a decisive share of the score. Yet it’s written in a rush, the night before the deadline, by copying the last one — with the risk of missing a requirement in the specifications.
References, data sheets, procedures, health and safety plans, site feedback: it all exists, but in folders, emails and a few people’s heads. When the person who knows is away, the company slows down.
Open tenders, submissions, results, sites: management relies on spreadsheets kept by hand, rarely up to date on the day.
How it works
Monitor and sort, analyze the tender package, first draft of the bid.
- 1Monitor and sort
The AI watches public procurement platforms and only brings up the tenders that match your trades, your areas and your capacity. You decide whether to bid.
- 2Analyze the tender package
For each tender you keep, the AI reads the rules, the specifications and the pricing schedule and pulls out scoring criteria, required documents, deadlines and line items to price — in one clear summary sheet.
- 3First draft of the bid
From your references and your methodology, the AI drafts a technical bid structured to the tender’s requirements. Your team reviews, adjusts and signs. Nothing goes out without approval.

Your data
Your prices, your references, your methods: protected.
Technical bids, price schedules and site feedback are the most confidential things a construction company has — exactly what you should never paste into a consumer assistant. Your documents only train your model: your competitors will never see a single line of them. You choose where they live: in the cloud, in a sovereign cloud, or on a SABER server installed on your premises.
The simplest way to start, with major hosting providers.
With sovereign providers, for your tools as well as for the AI.
With SABER, you depend on no remote service to submit a bid on time.
Comparison
Three ways to do it.
| By hand | Consumer AI assistant | AIR.TEK | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reading the tender package (rules, specifications, pricing schedule) | Several hours per tender | Manual copy-paste, confidential documents sent to a third party | Automatic analysis sheet, reviewed by you |
| Technical bid | Written the night before, copying the last one | Generic text, without your references or the specification requirements | Structured first draft from your references |
| Where your documents go | In-house | With the provider, often outside the EU | Wherever you decide: cloud, sovereign cloud or SABER |
| Fitted to your trades | Yes, but depends on one or two people | No — general knowledge | AI trained on the tenders you’ve won |
| Cost | Your managers’ time | Pay-per-use, per user | Fixed subscription |
Questions
Your questions, answered.
Can the AI write a complete technical bid?
It writes a structured first draft to the tender’s requirements, from your references and your methodology. A winning bid is still reviewed and adjusted by your team: the AI removes the blank page and the omissions, not the decision.
Which tender documents can the AI read?
The tender rules, the technical specifications, the contract terms, the pricing schedule, the price breakdown and the usual appendices, scanned ones included. It extracts the scoring criteria, the required documents, the deadlines and the line items to price.
Are our prices and bids kept confidential?
Yes. They only train your model and are never resold or reused. You choose where they’re processed: cloud, sovereign cloud, or a SABER server on your premises, with nothing sent outside. That’s the fundamental difference with a consumer assistant.
Do we need to change our current tools?
No. The AI connects to what you already use — email, shared folders, management software — and fits the way you work.
How much does it cost for a construction company?
Like the rest of your IT with us: a short setup, then a fixed monthly subscription. The amount is in your proposal, after the free demo. Worked examples with figures are on the Comparison page.
