Automated tender monitoring

The AI watches the public-procurement platforms and surfaces only the tenders that match your business and your service areas.

In brief

Monitoring public-procurement platforms by hand is tedious and means missed opportunities. The AI continuously scans the published notices, filters by your trades, your areas and your criteria, and alerts you to the consultations that genuinely fit — so you stop missing opportunities and stop wasting time sorting through noise.

In detail

Contracts that fit your company are published every day — on platforms nobody has time to watch. Here is how AI tender monitoring spots the right tenders, qualifies them, and only disturbs you when it is worth it.

Why the right contracts slip past you

Public tenders are scattered across the BOAMP, the OJEU for European contracts, legal notice journals and dozens of buyer profiles (AWS-Achat, Maximilien, e-marchespublics, the platform of each local authority or housing provider). Nobody can watch all of that every day on top of their actual job.

The result: tenders are found out of habit — the same buyers, the same platforms — and often late, with ten days left to put together a response that would need twenty. Contracts from buyers you do not know yet go by without even being seen. That is precisely where commercial growth is won or lost.

What AI tender monitoring does every day

Monitoring: the AI scans the sources relevant to your trades — national platforms, buyer profiles in your region, your sector’s keywords. Filtering: each tender detected is compared with your profile (CPV codes and trades, service areas, contract size compatible with your capacity, references required). Whatever does not fit you is quietly set aside.

Qualification: for the tenders kept, the AI reads the notice and the first documents available and prepares a summary sheet — subject, buyer, estimated value when it is published, scoring criteria, documents to submit, deadline. Alert: you receive the sheet, not a bare link. The decision to bid stays yours; the AI simply gets you there early, with the right information.

This monitoring is best effort, not a guarantee of completeness: sources change, and some platforms publish poorly. The realistic goal is to see far more contracts than manual monitoring catches today — that is the baseline to beat.

From monitoring to response: the full chain

Monitoring shows its full value when it is connected to what comes next: when you decide to bid, the AI that spotted the tender moves straight on to analyzing the DCE (consultation rules, CCTP, BPU), then to the first draft of the technical bid from your references. Spot early + analyze fast + write the first draft: that is the combination that lets you respond to more tenders without hiring.

Every tender handled enriches the base: your past responses, your references and your prices become a searchable company memory that makes each tender faster than the last.

Your selection criteria stay confidential

What you are looking for — which contracts, which areas, which values, which buyers — is strategic information: it is your business development plan. With a private AI that learns only for you, these criteria and the history of your decisions (bid / passed, won / lost) remain yours. No third party knows which contracts you are targeting.

How it works

The AI does the work. You approve.

  1. 1Connect to your tools

The AI plugs into your existing data and documents, without replacing your business software.

  2. 2The AI does the work

It reads, processes and proposes continuously — no re-keying, 24/7.

  3. 3Humans validate

Your teams only settle the uncertain cases; the result flows back into your workflow.

Questions

Your questions, answered.

Which sources does the monitoring cover?

National platforms (BOAMP, OJEU), the buyer profiles relevant to your region and your sector, and additional sources defined with you during scoping. The list evolves with your feedback.

How does the AI know which contracts fit me?

During scoping, we define your profile: trades and CPV codes, service areas, value ranges, available references. The AI filters on that profile and gets sharper with your decisions — what you set aside teaches it your real criteria.

Will I get too many alerts?

That is exactly what filtering prevents: you receive qualified summary sheets, not a raw feed. The volume is adjustable — some clients want to see everything in their scope, others only high-potential tenders.

Does the monitoring cover private tenders?

Private tenders are less structured and less often published; the monitoring can include private sources defined together (industry platforms, major clients), on a best-effort basis.

Does it guarantee I will not miss anything?

No, and nobody can seriously guarantee it: sources are imperfect. The honest commitment is to see far more relevant tenders than your current monitoring does, earlier, with a qualification that saves time.

Is there funding to help pay for the project?

Yes, in France. Our training courses can be funded by your OPCO (the French skills operator). AIR.TEK is also referenced by Bpifrance: if your AI project meets the eligibility criteria, it may qualify for a Bpifrance Diag Innov grant of up to €6,500 excl. VAT. We point you to the right scheme.

How much does AI automation with AIR.TEK cost?

No €12,000 development paid up front. You subscribe to your AI team: one all-inclusive monthly subscription, an operating expense (opex) rather than a heavy investment. The amount depends on your scope and is set after a first free discovery call (30 min, remote).
