AI for field services: the job is closed when the technician leaves the site.
Plumbing, heating and air conditioning, maintenance, networks, roadworks: the work happens in the field, but time is lost in the office — planning routes, writing reports, redoing utility-locate requests, chasing regulatory deadlines. AIR.TEK sets up, on subscription, a private AI that prepares all of this; your technicians and your project manager approve.
The bottlenecks
Where your teams lose time.
Who goes where, with what equipment, in what order: decided every morning on a shared calendar. Time-consuming, and rarely the best route.
Readings and photos taken on site, report typed up hours later — when it isn’t forgotten. The customer waits, and so does the invoice.
Utility-locate requests, road-closure permit applications, certificates: the same information re-entered into the same forms.
Periodic inspections, staff certifications, equipment checks: each deadline lives in a different file, and reminds you at the last minute.
How it works
Plan, guide and close on site, write and pre-fill.
- 1Plan
Every request on one map; the AI proposes the assignment and the visit order based on location, skills and equipment. You adjust with drag and drop.
- 2Guide and close on site
In the field, a step-by-step guide makes sure readings, photos and signatures are complete. The job is closed before leaving the site.
- 3Write and pre-fill
From the readings and photos, the AI writes the structured job report and pre-fills utility-locate requests and permit applications. You review, correct if needed, send.

Your data
Plans, customer addresses, readings: sensitive data.
Your jobs describe your customers’ installations — sometimes sensitive sites — and your address book. You choose where they live: in the cloud, in a sovereign cloud, or on a SABER server on your premises. No individual tracking of technicians: the AI organizes the work and writes the documents; it monitors no one.
The simplest way to start, with major hosting providers.
With sovereign providers, for your tools as well as for the AI.
Everything runs on your own server, on your premises. No outbound connection.
Comparison
Three ways to do it.
| By hand | Field service management software | AIR.TEK | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scheduling | Shared calendar, decided every morning | Calendar and map, no proposal | Optimized proposal, adjustable by hand |
| Job report | Typed up in the evening or the next day | A form to fill in | Written from readings and photos, reviewed by you |
| Utility-locate requests & permits | Re-entered every time | Rarely included | Pre-filled from the job site |
| Where your data goes | In-house | With the vendor | Wherever you decide: cloud, sovereign cloud or SABER |
| Cost | Evenings of report writing, oversights | Per technician, per month | Fixed subscription |
Questions
Your questions, answered.
Does the AI really write the job report?
Yes: from the readings, measurements and photos captured on site, it produces a complete report structured to your template. The technician or project manager reviews and approves it before it’s sent.
Does it monitor the technicians?
No, and that’s a principle at GTEK. The AI plans routes and writes documents; it doesn’t track people and produces no individual monitoring metrics.
Can we pre-fill utility-locate requests and permit applications?
Yes. From the job information — address, work area, dates, type of work — the AI pre-fills the forms. You check and submit.
Does it work in the field, with no network?
The job guide works on a phone or tablet and syncs as soon as the network comes back. The AI itself runs wherever you decided: in the cloud, in a sovereign cloud or on your SABER server.
How much does it cost?
Like the rest of your IT with us: a short setup, then a fixed monthly subscription. The amount is in your proposal, after the free demo. Worked examples with figures are on the Comparison page.
