AI for industry: from orders to production batches, with no re-keying.

In a small manufacturer, useful AI isn’t one more robot on the line — it’s the one that links orders, inventory and the production schedule, today kept in tools that don’t talk to each other. AIR.TEK sets up, on subscription, a private AI that prepares, checks and proposes; your production manager decides.

The bottlenecks

Where your teams lose time.

01Orders re-keyed and checked by hand

References, quantities, consistency with the catalog and the customer’s terms: every order goes through a full human review — including the vast majority that pose no problem at all.

02Stock-outs discovered too late

Stock is known at inventory time, not day to day. The shortage shows up when production is about to start, and the customer’s lead time slips.

03A production schedule in a spreadsheet

Sequencing batches around orders, lead times, changeovers and machine constraints is a puzzle redone every week, and rarely optimal.

04Public funding left on the table

Investment, decarbonization, innovation: the schemes exist, but putting together an application takes days nobody has.

How it works

Check the orders, anticipate inventory, propose the sequencing.

  1. 1Check the orders

The AI checks every incoming order — references, quantities, prices, consistency — and only submits for approval the cases that need it. The rest goes to production without waiting.

  2. 2Anticipate inventory

A dashboard fed in real time: the AI projects needs from orders and seasonality and alerts you before the stock-out, not after.

  3. 3Propose the sequencing

The AI proposes the most efficient batch order given lead times, changeovers and constraints. You decide; the schedule updates.

Automations

Your data

Your bills of materials, your prices, your production rates: an industrial secret.

Production data is an industrial secret. It describes what you make, how, and at what cost. The AI connects to your ERP or your files. You choose where it lives: in the cloud, in a sovereign cloud, or on a SABER server installed on your premises.

Cloud

The simplest way to start, with major hosting providers.

Sovereign cloud

With sovereign providers, for your tools as well as for the AI.

SABER, on your premises

With SABER, no data leaves the site, and if the internet connection goes down, the shop floor keeps running.

Questions

Your questions, answered.

Does the AI replace our ERP?

No. It connects to your ERP or your files and works alongside: it checks, projects and proposes, then writes the approved results wherever you need them.

Who decides when an order is in doubt?

Your teams. The AI handles the certain cases and presents the doubtful ones with the reason — price gap, unknown reference, unusual quantity. The principle is human in the loop.

Does our production data stay on site?

If you want it to, yes: with a SABER server on your premises, bills of materials, cost prices and production rates are never sent to an external service. Otherwise, it’s hosted in a sovereign or standard cloud, and only trains your model.

Can we start with a single use case?

It’s actually recommended. We usually start with order validation or inventory alerts, then extend to production sequencing once trust is established.

How much does it cost for an SME manufacturer?

Like the rest of your IT with us: a short setup, then a fixed monthly subscription. The amount is in your proposal, after the free demo. Worked examples with figures are on the Comparison page.
