What does the subscription cover?
Custom development, ERP, CRM, automation and AI, with maintenance, updates and support. Changes are scheduled within the subscription.
How much does it cost?
A short setup, then a fixed amount every month. The amount is set out in a personalized proposal, after the demo: you pay nothing before you’ve seen your solution working.
Why a subscription rather than custom software?
Custom development is paid up front, then frozen, and maintenance is billed on top. The subscription includes maintenance and changes: you go from a big investment to a controlled monthly amount.
What if we already have an ERP or a CRM?
We plug into it. You keep your tools; we build what’s missing around them.
What if we have a very specific need?
That’s the most common case. We build custom modules, tailored to your business, as part of the subscription.
How does the rollout work?
It all starts with a free 30-minute discovery call, remotely, with demos on a case close to yours. We scope the first need, then the same team builds, launches and keeps improving your tools.
Where do my tools and data run?
By default, in the cloud. If your requirements call for it, in a sovereign cloud, for your tools as well as for AI. And with AIR.TEK Sovereign, on your premises: everything runs on a SABER server installed at your site, and nothing leaves the company.
What is sovereign AI?
AI you stay in control of: you decide where your data and your model run, and no foreign provider can cut off your access. Depending on your requirements, it runs in a sovereign cloud or on a SABER server installed on your premises.
Is there funding available for the project?
Yes. Training can be covered by your OPCO (the French training funding body), whatever your industry. GTEK is also listed with Bpifrance: depending on your project, innovation grants and regional aid may be added. We point you to the right scheme.
Do you work with OPCOs?
Yes. Our training and part of our support can be funded by your OPCO, whatever your industry: Constructys, OPCO 2i, OPCO Mobilités, OPCO EP, AKTO, OCAPIAT, L’Opcommerce, OPCO Santé, Uniformation, Atlas or Afdas. We put the funding application together with you.
Do you offer a more in-depth audit?
Yes. The first 30-minute conversation is free and remote. To go further, we carry out an in-depth review of your organization, over half a day or a full day.
Is it suited to SMEs and local authorities?
Yes. We work for SMEs as well as local authorities and town halls, in any sector: wherever teams handle repetitive volumes, there is something to automate.
Will AI replace my employees?
No. It takes on the repetitive volume; your teams approve and decide on what matters.
