Privacy policy

GTEK FRANCE places great importance on the protection of your personal data. This policy explains which data is processed through the g-tek.fr website, for what purposes, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

GTEK FRANCE (SAS), 2 avenue Conventionnel Fabre, 66320 Vinça. Dedicated data protection contact: ppd@g-tek.fr.

Data we process

g-tek.fr is a showcase site: it has no form and does not create accounts.

The only data concerned is: (a) the information you voluntarily send us if you write to us (email, name, message content); (b) technical connection data (IP address, logs) processed by our host for the security and operation of the site; (c) a language preference stored locally in your browser, which is not transmitted to us.

Registration for discovery sessions and demonstrations takes place on a separate service (hello.g-tek.fr); the information you provide there is processed by GTEK FRANCE in order to get back to you.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your requests and preparing a possible commercial relationship (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).

Ensuring the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest).

Where applicable, measuring site traffic in an anonymized way in order to improve the site (legitimate interest; a privacy-respecting tool, with no advertising cookie).

Cookies and trackers

g-tek.fr uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers and carries out no profiling. The language preference is kept via the browser's local storage (functional, exempt from consent).

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical processors — Google (Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud Storage) for hosting. Only authorized personnel of GTEK FRANCE have access to it.

Transfers outside the European Union

The hosting of the site and the videos is carried out within the European Union. Any potential transfer outside the EU would be governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for the time needed to process them, then for up to 3 years after the last contact for B2B prospecting purposes. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by the host.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them: ppd@g-tek.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr).

Security

GTEK FRANCE implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data sovereignty and security are at the heart of our business.

This policy may be amended at any time. Last updated: June 2026.
